Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. Please read our cancellation terms carefully before booking:

Guest Cancellations

For early bookings (several months up to a year in advance):
• A 25% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
• Please note, this deposit is non-refundable if you decide to cancel.
• The remaining balance is due 14 days before your cruise date.

​

After the full payment is completed:
• 14 to 7 days before the cruise date – you will receive a 50% refund.
• Within 7 days of the cruise date or in case of no-show – unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund.

Weather Conditions

Your safety is our priority. If the cruise is canceled due to unfavorable weather conditions, you will receive a 100% refund.

 

Semi-Private Cruises – Minimum Participation

Our semi-private cruises require a minimum of 4 guests to operate.
If the minimum is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the cruise. In such cases, you will be notified at least 8 hours before departure, and a full refund will be issued.

Changes to this Cancellation Policy

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Cancellation Policy on this page.

We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this Cancellation Policy.

You are advised to review this Cancellation Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Cancellation Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
