Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. Please read our cancellation terms carefully before booking:

Guest Cancellations

​Early bookings (months in advance):

For early bookings (several months up to a year in advance):


• A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
• The remaining balance will be paid on the day of departure or via a payment link sent before the cruise date.

• Please note: if the 50% payment is not completed before departure, the cruise will be canceled and the deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellation:

• More than 30 days before the cruise: Full refund
• 30–14 days before the cruise: 50% refund from the total payment amount of the cruise.
• Within 14 days of the cruise date or in case of no-show: no refund

Weather Conditions

If the cruise is canceled due to weather conditions by the captain, you will have priority in booking the next available dates . if we will not find a suitable date for the cruise you will receive a full refund.

 

Semi-Private Cruises – Minimum Participation

Our semi-private cruises require a minimum of 4 guests to operate.
If the minimum is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the cruise. In such cases, you will be notified at least 8 hours before departure, and a full refund will be issued.

Changes to this Cancellation Policy

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Cancellation Policy on this page.

You are advised to review this Cancellation Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Cancellation Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
