Cancellation Policy for Paros Sail

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. Please read our cancellation terms carefully before booking:

Guest Cancellations

​

​Early bookings (months in advance):​

For early bookings (several months up to a year in advance):


• A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
• The remaining balance will be paid via a payment link sent 14 days before the cruise date.

• Please note: if the 50% payment is not completed before departure, the cruise will be canceled and the deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellation:

• More than 30 days before the cruise: Full refund
• 30–14 days before the cruise: 50% refund from the total payment amount of the cruise.
• Within 14 days of the cruise date or in case of no-show: no refund

​

Weather Conditions

Please note that itineraries may change due to weather and sea conditions. Changes to the itinerary do not constitute grounds for cancellation or a refund. If the captain determines that sea conditions are safe and acceptable, the cruise will operate as scheduled, rain or shine.

If the cruise is cancelled by the captain because weather or sea conditions are considered unsafe, you will receive a full refund.

​

If the cruise is operating as scheduled and the captain considers the conditions safe, but you choose not to participate specifically due to weather conditions, such as wind or choppy seas, we will offer a refund subject to the following service fees:

​

• Individual bookings: €30 per participant
• Private cruises: 15% of the total cruise price

​

This refund option applies only to cancellations made by the guest specifically due to weather conditions while the cruise is still operating.

 

Cancellations for any other reason are subject to our standard cancellation policy and are not eligible for this weather-related refund.

​

The final decision regarding whether weather and sea conditions are safe for sailing is made by the captain.

​

Semi-Private Cruises – Minimum Participation

Our semi-private cruises require a minimum of 4 guests to operate.
If the minimum is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the cruise. In such cases, you will be notified at least 8 hours before departure, and a full refund will be issued.

Changes to this Cancellation Policy

We may update Our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Cancellation Policy on this page.

You are advised to review this Cancellation Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Cancellation Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
